What’s the difference between the Free and the Pro version?
Our pro version offers scan scheduling and notification, 25.000 pages per scan and scans up to 10 sites.
How much does the Pro version cost?
We charge a monthly fee of $30,00 excl. VAT
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
When you log in to your free account, there’s an upgrade to pro option.
What are the payment/contract terms?
Payments are subscription based and are charged monthly. We use Paypal to manage these subscriptions. You can cancel anytime you like. You can view our terms of service here.
What payment options do you offer?
We work with the Paypal system to process payments. This means you can use credit cards and specific payment options depending on your country, like direct debit.

My scan is not running

How long does a scan take?
Depending on the load of the system a scan can take 15 minutes to 4 hours for bigger sites.
I do not get an email with scan results
Please allow the scan to finish, this can take up to 4 hours. Check your spam folder to see if it isn’t delivered there (add us to your trusted senders to prevent this).
If you still haven’t received a report you can login and check if the scan is still running and if there are any errors.
I have subdomains I want to scan as well
Each subdomain needs to be scanned separately. Please upgrade to pro version to enable multi domain scanning.
What Web analytics suites do you support?
We support Omniture, Yahoo Web Analytics (YWA), Google analytics (new asynchronous code and legacy code), Nedstat, Snoobi and we’re adding webtrends very soon. Is your web analytics suite not here? Send us an email at info@notagsnoglory.com.
Can we add custom code to scan for?
This is possible with custom scanning, send us an email with your wishes and contact details at info@notagsnoglory.com.
I get an error scanning my site
Usually the robots.txt file of your site prevents us from scanning (see next topic). Sometimes firewalls prevent this as well. Pro users can set their scan speed to a lower level so firewalls do not block scanning. Please let us know when this happens and we will investigate this.
Robot.txt
In certain cases we have problem to scan a site because of the Robot.txt guidelines we respect. To grant access to our No tags no glory! bots you can add an extra line into your robot.txt code, like this:

Site prevents fast crawling
We offer a scan-speed option in our pro version, you can use this to slow down a full site scan. Upgrading can be done by selecting the “Upgrade to pro” notification after logging in.
What does No tags, no glory! scan for?
We scan for a typical signature in the HTML code that matches the web analytics solution you use. Furthermore we scan for broken links.
Do you scan for broken links?
Yes, we scan the website for internal broken links.
Does No tags, no glory! check the validity of the WA code?
No it does not check the validity of the code because there are too many implementation options. We do check if we see a typical signature that matches your web analytics solution.
Can you scan pages that are located after a login?
No, we do not scan pages after a login at this moment.
Why is the total number of pages in my report higher than #tagged pages + #untagged pages?
The total number of pages also includes the pages that show up as broken links.
